Help with the Orchentic LinkedIn Assistant

The Orchentic LinkedIn Assistant connects your authenticated Orchentic account to LinkedIn in Chrome. It helps run the LinkedIn outreach, connection, messaging, and engagement workflows that you configure in Orchentic.

You need Chrome 116 or later, an active Orchentic account, and access to LinkedIn. The extension does not work as a standalone LinkedIn product.

1. Open the extension from the Chrome toolbar.
2. Choose Microsoft sign-in and complete the Orchentic authentication flow.
3. If your administrator provided an extension token, use the manual token option instead.
4. Open LinkedIn and confirm that the extension shows as connected.

• Not connected: sign out, then sign in again. If you use a manual token, generate a current token from Orchentic and replace the old one.
• LinkedIn action unavailable: keep a LinkedIn tab open, confirm you are signed in to LinkedIn, and reload the page.
• Campaign is not running: confirm the campaign is active in Orchentic and is not paused.
• Daily limit reached: wait for the daily safety counters to reset before starting more actions.
• Temporary network error: check your connection and try again. The extension retries some API requests automatically.
• Unexpected behavior: update the extension from Chrome's Extensions page and restart Chrome.

Include the extension version, the approximate time of the problem, the action you attempted, the visible error message, and the steps needed to reproduce it.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, or private message content. Support will ask for additional information only when it is necessary and safe to share.
