Privacy Policy for the Orchentic LinkedIn Assistant

Learn what information the extension handles, why it is needed, and how Orchentic protects it.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Scope and single purpose

This policy applies to the Orchentic LinkedIn Assistant Chrome extension. Its single purpose is to connect an authenticated Orchentic account to LinkedIn in Chrome so users can run the outreach, connection, messaging, and engagement workflows they configure in Orchentic.

The extension accesses LinkedIn pages only to provide those visible, user-requested features and to synchronize their results with the Orchentic service.

Information the extension handles

  • Account and authentication: Orchentic user identifier, email address, device name, service tier, and authentication or extension tokens.
  • LinkedIn profile and connection information: names, profile URLs, headlines, employers, roles, locations, education, skills, connection status, and connection relationships needed for configured workflows.
  • LinkedIn message and thread content: message text, participant details, thread and message identifiers, direction, timestamps, read status, and related URLs when inbox sync or messaging workflows are used.
  • LinkedIn page context: the LinkedIn URLs, page types, search results, feed items, and visible page content needed to perform a requested workflow.
  • Operations and diagnostics: campaign state, action results, daily safety counters, extension version, heartbeat/device status, error details, and bounded local diagnostic events.

Where information is stored

  • Operational settings and authentication state are stored in Chrome local storage on your device.
  • Workflow data is transmitted to Orchentic's API over HTTPS and stored in the Orchentic service to provide the workflows you configure.

How Orchentic uses information

Orchentic uses extension information only to authenticate users, provide requested LinkedIn workflow features, synchronize results, enforce safety limits, secure the service, troubleshoot failures, and maintain reliability.

Processors, transfers, and advertising

Orchentic uses Microsoft and Supabase for authentication and Microsoft Azure for hosting and storage. Orchentic does not sell extension data or use it for personalized advertising.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Human access is prohibited except with your specific consent for support, for security or abuse investigation, to comply with law, or after aggregation or anonymization for internal operations.

Retention and your choices

Authentication data is cleared locally when the user signs out. Other local state remains until it is cleared, reset, replaced during normal use, or removed with the extension.

Server data remains only while needed to provide the service or meet legal and security obligations.

You may request access, export, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
